In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will play a vital role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to our reputation for outstanding service.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware problems for clients.
  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support ticketing system.
  • Provide guidance and assistance with software installations, updates, and configurations.
