As an Upholsterer at ALEC FITOUT – Joinery Factory, you’ll combine technical precision with creative skill to craft comfortable, high-quality furnishings for prestigious hospitality and commercial spaces. You will be part of the Joinery Factory team based in Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah, reporting to the Technical/Production department. You’ll work alongside skilled professionals producing high-quality joinery, metalwork, upholstery, and solid surface finishes for both internal and external clients.

As an Upholsterer, you will:

• Cut, stitch, and fit upholstery fabrics and leather to furniture frames
• Assemble foam, webbing, and padding
• Ensure a perfect finish for bespoke furniture pieces
• Your hours will be: 7.00am – 5.00pm
• Your working days are: Monday to Saturday

• Proven experience in furniture upholstery (10+ years preferred)
• Solid knowledge of materials such as foam, fabric, and leather
• Skilled in pattern cutting, sewing, and assembly
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finish

• A background in bespoke furniture or upholstery manufacturing
• Familiarity with various furniture styles, stitching techniques, and upholstery tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
