Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates across all project stages and adhering to established cost estimation methodologies. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and have 5-10 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Primavera is a requirement.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in cost estimation in oil & gas or petrochemical sectors.
  • Experience with CAPEX and OPEX estimation.
  • Certification in Cost Engineering (AACE or equivalent) is desirable.

Responsabilités

  • Prepare cost estimates for all project phases.
  • Interpret contract terms and project specifications.
  • Support compliance with client expectations.
