Job Description:
• Conduct field surveys of land as needed for various projects, including boundary location, topography surveys, construction layouts, etc.
• Use the latest surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS systems etc. to ensure accuracy and precision in survey results.
• Prepare detailed reports based on survey data collected.
• Interpret legal documents related to land surveys such as deeds, maps and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of all surveys conducted.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Surveying Engineering or related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in land surveying is required.
• Knowledge of survey laws and regulations is essential.
• Proficient with the use of modern surveying equipment and software tools such as GIS mapping software is desired.
