Our client, an independent project development consultancy comprisingofChartered Surveyors, Project Managers and Engineersspecializing in property and construction services across Dubai and the wider UAE.

They are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Surveyor who will playa vital role in conducting various building surveying tasks, including technical due diligence, reinstatement valuations, dilapidations projects, and client management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in conducting thorough assessments for property acquisitions, disposals, and investments. Contribute to detailed reports for clients.
  • Support in completing valuations for insurance purposes, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Aid in managing dilapidations projects, including inspections and negotiations between landlords and tenants.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to maintain strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with senior surveyors to provide assistance across various projects, from surveys to report preparation.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or related field from an accredited international institution.
  • MRICS qualification (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is desirable.
  • Minimum 2 -5 years of experience in building surveying, with expertise in technical due diligence, reinstatement valuations, and dilapidations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
  • Strong technical expertise in building construction, defects diagnosis, and condition assessments.
