Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Civil Engineering or HVAC Engineering.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant site experience in HVAC projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design, chiller systems, and MEP coordination.
• Experience with BOQ preparation, material take-offs, and project estimation. Familiar with civil coordination and construction timelines.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings. Hands‑on experience in AutoCAD, MS Office, and HVAC design tools.
• Good communication, reporting, and project supervision skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee on‑site installation of HVAC systems and equipment, including ducting, chilled water piping, AHUs, FCUs, and chillers.
• Supervise and coordinate chiller plant installation, operation, and testing.
• Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for HVAC works.
• Review HVAC shop drawings and ensure work is carried out as per project specs and standards.
• Conduct pre‑commissioning and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and material tracking.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.
