The candidate should have 12-15 years of experience in HVAC engineering within EPC environments and a strong foundation in HVAC design and execution. Key responsibilities include developing specifications, ensuring compliance with project standards, and coordinating across engineering disciplines. This role is crucial for timely and high-quality delivery of HVAC engineering outputs.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in HVAC engineering in EPC projects.
• Proven experience in preparing HVAC design documents.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Review and develop HVAC specifications, calculations, and layout drawings.
• Conduct vendor document reviews to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines to close IDC points.
• Complete HVAC engineering deliverables on time and within budget.
