Job summary
A leading hospitality organization in Dubai is seeking a Guest Service professional to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hotel front office operations, with a strong focus on guest services and effective communication skills. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Being an Arabic speaker will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Guest Service function of the resort.
- Provide prompt courteous and efficient service to all guests.
- Assist guest in resort activity enquiries/requests.
- Train, mentor, and coach the Guest Service team.
- Ensure safety and security of guests' belongings.
