Job Description

What you will do

Supervise stewarding staff and maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas.

Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of supplies.

Train staff in standard procedures and safety protocols.

Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.

Address operational issues and customer service concerns.

What you bring

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.

3 years of stewarding or kitchen operations experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
