Job summary
A growing sales company in Ajman is seeking a Sales Manager to develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, and conduct market research. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the initiative to work independently. Previous sales experience is preferred, but enthusiasm for learning will also be considered.

Location: Ajman, UAE
Compensation: 1600 AED monthly
- Develop and execute sales strategies to ensure efficient and profitable growth of the business.
- Manage relationships with external customers and vendors, as well as internal staff.
- Conduct market research and create customer profiles to support sales planning.
- Prepare sales plans, manage customer relationships, and generate leads through appropriate methods.
- Track orders from customers and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Develop sales objectives aligned with company goals and monitor progress toward targets.
- Assist with budgeting and track expenses related to sales activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels.
- High degree of initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
- Previous experience in a sales role is preferred, but candidates with the right skillset and enthusiasm for learning will be considered even if they have no prior sales experience.
- Experience developing budgets and tracking expenses is a plus.
