Job summary
A construction firm in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced civil supervisor to oversee construction activities and manage civil workers. Ideal candidates should have at least 10 years of extensive experience in civil construction projects. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety standards and documentation of work. Qualifications
- Extensive experience in civil construction projects (preferably 10+ years)
Responsibilities
- Supervise civil construction activities and coordinate with project management.
- Assign tasks to civil workers and monitor their performance.
- Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor daily progress and report on project status.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Prepare daily reports and documentation of work performed.
