Job Title: Mechanical Fitter

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and skilled Mechanical Fitters to join our manufacturing plant. The Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal operation and production continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install mechanical components and systems according to engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical systems.
• Replace worn or damaged parts and ensure proper alignment and functioning.
• Assist in machinery upgrades and equipment modifications.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
• Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.
  
  

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mechanical fitting within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, and other industrial machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime if required.

Job Summary:

We are looking for reliable and experienced Electrical Fitters to join our production and maintenance team. The Electrical Fitter will be responsible for installing, testing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components across our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain industrial electrical systems, wiring, control panels, motors, and instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance checks.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
• Maintain technical documentation and reports.
• Support automation and control systems maintenance and upgrades.
  
  

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant certification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Fitter in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, sensors, and motor controls.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Willingness to work in shifts and under demanding conditions.
