A hospitality group in Dubai seeks a Receiving Clerk responsible for managing inventory and ensuring the correct receipt of goods. The ideal candidate has proven experience in a similar role, familiarity with health and safety regulations, and strong organizational and communication skills. This position is crucial in maintaining high standards in managing the hotel's inventory effectively.
Formación
- Proven working experience as receiving clerk or similar position.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of computer programs for entering data.
- Basic math and recording abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to multitask.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsabilidades
- Receiving and checking all goods delivered to the hotel.
- Managing and controlling the store inventory.
- Ensuring stock movements are recorded accurately.

You will be responsible for receiving and checking all goods delivered to the hotel by the suppliers, as well as record, manage and control the store inventory. The goal is to ensure that goods are received correctly, stocked appropriately, and stock movements recorded accurately using the hotel’s inventory system. As a member of the Finance Department, you are also expected to ensure that all financial affairs of the hotel are conducted to the highest standards of honesty and integrity.
