Job summary
An international hotel brand in Ajman is looking for a skilled Chef de Partie Pastry to prepare and present high-quality pastries and baked goods. You'll oversee junior chefs, maintain hygiene standards, and contribute to menu development. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Pastry or Culinary Arts and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. This full-time position does not offer remote work. Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a pastry role, preferably in a hotel or fine dining environment.
- Ability to supervise junior team members and guide them effectively.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Supervise and guide Commis and Demi Chefs.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
