Job Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of the shop
• Handle sales and customer inquiries professionally
• Maintain inventory levels and stock control
• Order, receive, and organize stock
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and well-displayed
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
• Maintain records of sales and purchases
• Coordinate with suppliers and delivery teams
• Ensure proper pricing and labeling of products

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a building materials shop
• Good knowledge of construction and building materials (cement, blocks, steel, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory management
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Basic computer skills (POS system knowledge is a plus)
