The Infection Control Nurse plays a pivotal role in maintaining the health and safety standards within healthcare establishments. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field is required.
• Current, valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a hospital or clinical environment preferred.
• Certification in Infection Control (CIC) or willingness to obtain it within the first year.
• In-depth knowledge of infection control standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with healthcare teams.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve complex infection control issues.
• Proficiency with data collection and analysis tools to monitor infection trends.
