Job Description

The Nurse will be responsible for providing safe and effective nursing care for patients in the hospital setting. This includes assessing needs, planning interventions, providing direct patient care, evaluating outcomes, collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes, educating patients and families about health matters, maintaining clinical records, and participating in quality improvement initiatives in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Additionally, the Nurse will be responsible for administering prescribed medications and treatments as directed by the physician or medical staff. The Nurse must also have excellent communication skills as they will need to interact regularly with patients and their families, as well as other healthcare professionals.
