Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in a busy Emergency Department, managing a wide range of acute and critical presentations.

Triage patients effectively and prioritize care based on clinical acuity.

Perform rapid assessment, initiate urgent interventions, and assist in resuscitation and emergency procedures.

Administer medications, IV therapy, and other emergency treatments under physician guidance.

Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status using clinical judgment.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure timely diagnostics, treatment, and patient flow.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital and regulatory protocols.

Support patient and family education in urgent and often stressful situations.
