Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking a Case Manager to oversee hospital case management processes. This role requires effective coordination of patient care plans and management of clinical documentation quality. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Medicine and at least 3 years of experience in a clinical insurance role. Join us to be part of a dynamic healthcare team that values quality improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Medicine required.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in clinical insurance medical auditing is needed.
  • Experience in Theatre and/or ICU medical insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient care plans to minimise financial risk.
  • Manage quality of clinical documentation.
  • Provide clinical expertise for managing insurance claims.

Skills

Application of clinical codes
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
Electronic Health Records systems and related best practice
Healthcare revenue cycle management and billing processes
ICD-10 CM CPT and DRG coding system
Knowledge of scientific nursing processes and associated procedures
Patient administration systems and related processes
Understanding of patient journey through a hospital

Education

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Medicine
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Healthcare Management
Certificate in Clinical Coding (CCS/CCA/CPC/CPMA)
