The Recruitment Specialist plays a key role in managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to client coordination and placement. This role demands versatility across industries, strong communication and the ability to manage multiple job mandates simultaneously while upholding REAP HR’s ethical and professional standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
35 years experience in recruitment (UAE / GCC preferred).
Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi / Urdu is an advantage.
Strong MS Office and digital sourcing tool proficiency.
