Position Overview

The Recruitment Specialist plays a key role in managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to client coordination and placement. This role demands versatility across industries, strong communication and the ability to manage multiple job mandates simultaneously while upholding REAP HR’s ethical and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing & Networking
    • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases and internal ATS (Zoho Recruit).
    • Use Boolean and AI-assisted searches to identify niche profiles across multiple sectors.
    • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for recurring roles in Education, Healthcare, Construction, Logistics and Hospitality.
  • Candidate Screening & Evaluation
    • Conduct detailed screening interviews (telephonic / online) to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
    • Prepare structured candidate evaluation reports and share shortlists with clients.
    • Coordinate client interviews and manage candidate expectations throughout the process.
  • Client Coordination & Relationship Management
    • Liaise with clients to understand role requirements, salary ranges and job specifications.
    • Prepare and share client recommendation forms, interview feedback summaries and follow-up reports.
    • Maintain strong consultative relationships with existing clients and support business development by identifying new hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Administration
    • Update and track all candidate and client interactions through Zoho Recruit CRM.
    • Prepare offer letters, follow up on joining formalities and ensure placement documentation is completed.
    • Support visa onboarding and compliance coordination where required.
  • Market Research & Talent Intelligence
    • Stay informed on UAE labour market trends, salary benchmarks and talent mobility.
    • Support Salary Benchmarking team in data collection for specific industries.
    • Provide insights to management on candidate availability and client demand by sector.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or consultancy background preferred).
  • Strong sourcing expertise across diverse industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS platforms.
  • Organized, target-driven and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of UAE labour law, visa procedures and employment classifications (MOHRE).
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

35 years experience in recruitment (UAE / GCC preferred).

Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi / Urdu is an advantage.

Strong MS Office and digital sourcing tool proficiency.
