We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations in Misrata, Libya. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English and have a strong background in hospital or clinical pharmacy management.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including staff supervision, inventory, and regulatory compliance

Ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication use

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support clinical care

Implement pharmacy policies and procedures aligned with healthcare standards

Manage procurement, budgeting, and reporting related to pharmacy services

Train and mentor pharmacy staff.

Requirements

Requirements :

Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or PharmD); advanced certification or MBA is a plus
