Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's expansion into global markets, including regulated and grey markets.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
• Lead financial reporting, audits, and tax planning in multiple jurisdictions.
• Optimise payment processing solutions and cash flow management.
• Identify opportunities for strategic investments and partnerships.
• Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Build and manage a high-performing finance team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in the online gambling or iGaming.
• Prior experience working with grey market online casinos is a must.
• Strong understanding of international financial regulations, tax structures, and compliance challenges in gaming.
• Expertise in managing complex financial operations, including multi-currency transactions and payment processing solutions.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
