Qualifications

• 10–15 years experience including 5 years in senior finance in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to raise USD 100M CAPEX financing.
• Strong costing, plant finance and ERP governance background.
• Mandatory hands‑on Oracle Financials capability.
• Experience in M&A and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounts Department and drive financial strategy.
• Secure new credit lines and CAPEX financing.
• Analyze production economics and maintain BOM and inventory valuation.
• Prepare feasibility studies and raise financing for expansion.
• Strengthen internal controls and deliver financial statements.
• Implement strong CAPEX governance tracking and reporting.
• Conduct CFO-led audit of F&A team.
