We are partnering with a leading global organization in trade, logistics, and infrastructure to hire a Manager – Corporate Finance & Business Development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business development, M&A, and investment activities across the GCC, Levant, and Iraq. You will evaluate new opportunities, lead transaction processes, and deliver financial and strategic analysis for projects that drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess new investment opportunities through market research, due diligence, and feasibility studies; provide insights to senior leadership for decision-making.
  • Support negotiations with advisors, bankers, and legal teams on partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A transactions.
  • Manage end-to-end transaction processes, from evaluation and valuation to completion and post-deal integration.
  • Build and maintain financial models for investments, joint ventures, greenfield projects, and real estate opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations based on financial analysis, risk/return assessment, and group policy.
  • Conduct pre- and post-investment reviews of major capital expenditure projects using KPIs such as ROI, NPV, IRR, and Payback period.
  • Prepare clear, concise presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 transactions advisory, corporate finance, consulting, or corporate development.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, market multiples, etc.).
  • Proven ability to conduct financial due diligence on acquisition targets.
  • Excellent project management and ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Preferred professional qualifications such as CFA, CA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA; MBA is an advantage.
  • Experience in logistics, ports, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
