Job summary
A marketing agency in Dubai seeks a Marketing Associate to collaborate with the retail team on initiatives that enhance store goals. Responsibilities include updating visuals, setting up activation zones, and monitoring campaigns. Prospective candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, a bachelor's degree, strong communication and inter-personal skills, with a valid UAE driving license preferred. Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in the marketing field.
- Good communication and strong inter-personal skills.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the retail team on marketing initiatives.
- Update in-store graphics and signage.
- Set up activation zones for promotions.
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with merchandising team for in-store materials.
- Assist with SMS campaigns to engage customers.
- Conduct regular store visits for merchandising improvement.
Skills
Education
- Collaborate closely with the retail team to ensure marketing initiatives align with store goals.
- Update in-store graphics and signage regularly, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Set up and maintain activation zones for special occasions, seasonal promotions, and sale events.
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, gathering insights to improve future initiatives.
- Coordinate with merchandising team for the production and installation of in-store materials.
- Assist in planning and executing SMS campaigns and events or promotional activities to engage customers and increase store visits.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess and improve visual merchandising, signage, and activation zones.
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the same field.
- A bachelor's degree is must.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong inter-personal skills.
- Should have self-decision-making skills.
- Candidate who has a valid UAE driving license will be more better.
