Job Purpose: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of the company’s online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, graphic-oriented, and passionate about all aspects of marketing and technology.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Development & implementation of the overall digital marketing strategy.
2. Present creative ideas for content marketing.
3. Design graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud software applications, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
4. Create, develop, and execute professional digital marketing materials.
5. Create original graphics, infographics, and designs according to brand guidelines.
6. Create and monitor email marketing campaigns; ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly.
7. Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organization’s website.
8. Analyze website’s key performance metrics and competitive trending.
9. Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
10. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
11. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
12. Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
13. Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
14. Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and promote company initiatives.

Job Requirements:

1. Tech-savvy young & dynamic individuals with 1-3 years of digital marketing experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree in IT/Marketing from one of the recognized universities in UAE preferred.
3. Very strong understanding of websites, apps, digital content, and SEO is mandatory.
4. Excellent knowledge & experience in growing marketing strategies for start-up businesses preferred.
5. Strong experience in maintaining & managing company websites and social media platforms.
6. Experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
7. Able to manage multiple projects, workload, and priorities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. In-depth experience with website analytics tools.
