1. Visual Content Creation: Conceptualize and design a wide range of visual assets, including advertisements, social media graphics, website banners, product packaging, and promotional materials. Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions.
2. Branding and Identity: Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all design projects to ensure consistent and cohesive brand representation. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and evolve the brand's visual identity.
3. Digital and Print Design: Create engaging digital designs for online platforms and design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and product packaging.
4. Typography and Layout: Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography, layout composition, and hierarchy to create visually pleasing designs.
5. Image Editing and Manipulation: Enhance and manipulate images to improve quality and relevance.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
7. Creative Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design concepts.
8. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience (5+ years) with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
• Knowledge of current design trends and willingness to stay updated.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML / CSS and web design is a bonus.
