Title: Presentation Designer & Video Maker/ Editor Engineer (PMC role)

KBR Abu Dhabi is currently looking to fill a position of Presentation Designer & Video Maker/ Editor Engineer (PMC role) for our Offshore Client. The role is based in Abu Dhabi in Client office.

Role Purpose

The Presentation Designer & Video Maker/Editor will create high-impact presentations, motion graphics, and video content to support executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and project storytelling. The role combines advanced PowerPoint design with hands-on video editing and simple animation to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals that align with brand and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Presentation Design
    • Design executive-level and stakeholder-ready PowerPoint presentations with a strong visual hierarchy and narrative flow.
    • Translate complex technical and project information into clear, visually compelling slides, diagrams, and infographics.
    • Develop custom visual elements (icons, charts, illustrations, templates) and maintain brand consistency across assets.
    • Standardize and continuously improve presentation templates, master slides, and a shared asset library.
  2. Video Production & Editing
    • Plan and edit short-form videos (explainers, interviews, project updates, teasers, and event highlights).
    • Create motion graphics, text overlays, lower thirds, transitions, and simple 2D animations as needed.
    • Perform color correction, audio balancing, subtitling/captions, and overall quality enhancement.
    • Support scriptwriting and storyboarding; coordinate with stakeholders for assets, approvals, and timelines.
  3. Collaboration & Governance
    • Work closely with leadership, engineering/project teams, and communications to clarify objectives and target audiences.
    • Adhere to brand guidelines and information sensitivity requirements; ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Organize and maintain project files, templates, and asset libraries for efficient reuse and scalability.
Skills & Experience
  1. Design & Software
    • Advanced PowerPoint (layouts, master slides, custom themes, charting, and visual storytelling).
    • Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (essential).
    • Ability to produce infographics, custom graphics, and simple 2D animations.
  2. Video & Motion
    • Demonstrated experience editing corporate, training, or promotional videos.
    • Competence in motion graphics, titling, transitions, and visual effects suitable for corporate standards.
    • Optional but beneficial: basic camera operation and on-site shooting coordination.
  3. Professional Attributes
    • Exceptional attention to detail and high quality standards.
    • Strong time management; able to prioritize multiple concurrent requests and meet tight deadlines.
    • Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset and service orientation.
Qualifications
