Job Responsibilities

• Communicates in a professional and helpful manner with employees
• Carries a cellular phone and respond to calls promptly
• Ensures students and staff are picked up and dropped off as per the schedule provided
• Maintains logs of pick up and drop off
• Transports university service personal to arranged accommodation
• Monitors speed limits, thus ensuring safety of the passengers.
• Prepares/gathers and delivers/collects supplies for university events
• Maintains a customer-service focus and attitude, regardless of situations encountered
• Maintains appropriate records of deliveries transported
• Keeps assigned vehicle clean, fuel tank sufficiently full, and maintenance up-to-date
• Perform any duties as assigned by the superiors
