Responsibilities

As a Junior-Mid Weight Creative Designer your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Create and deliver day-to-day design assets including social media graphics banners presentations and email templates.
• Support senior designers and external agencies with asset preparation design iterations and campaign materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple business lines and platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to meet creative and campaign objectives.
• Prepare and optimise files for both digital and print ensuring technical accuracy.

Tools & skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
• Familiarity with Adobe Express for quick-turnaround assets.
• Bonus: Knowledge of motion design tools (e.g. After Effects) automated design platforms (e.g. Synthesia) or Canva.
• Strong eye for layout typography and brand alignment.
• Basic understanding of production workflows and file optimization for different outputs.
