Role Summary

We are looking for a Graphic & Apparel Designer with a strong background in graphic design and a solid understanding of apparel basics. This role will focus on creating high-quality graphics, patterns, and branding elements, as well as supporting apparel development for core products such as t-shirts, joggers, shorts, and sweatshirts.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively across both graphic and apparel design tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design

• Develop all-over patterns, placement prints, and textile graphics for activewear collections.
• Design artwork for patches, woven labels, prints, and trims, with an understanding of production techniques and materials.
• Develop artwork and graphics for brand event merchandise.
• Prepare production-ready files with accurate technical specifications.

2. Packaging & Accessories

• Design packaging and artwork for accessories.
• Create packaging briefing documents for suppliers.

3. Apparel Design Support

• Contribute to the design of basic apparel items (t-shirts, joggers, shorts, sweatshirts) with knowledge of garment construction.
• Create simple tech packs and design documentation for suppliers.
• Assist in the creation of tech packs on the Backbone PLM system.
• Work with product development and suppliers to ensure accuracy in prints, colors, and branding.

4. Trend & Research

• Monitor trends in activewear, design, and visual culture.
• Research new printing techniques, materials, and design innovations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in fashion, activewear, or sportswear.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of AI-powered graphic tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly).
• Understanding of basic garment construction for core products.
• Ability to create clear and accurate tech packs and artworks.
• Knowledge of print techniques and materials for patches, woven labels, and graphics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexible, proactive, and willing to take on varied design tasks.

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D apparel design software (Clo3D, Browzwear).
• Photography or motion graphics skills.
• Interest in streetwear, contemporary design, and visual arts.
