Job summary
A luxury hotel company in Dubai is looking for an experienced bartender to provide exemplary drink service and maintain a stunning bar environment. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of food and beverage experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include serving drinks, managing bar cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction with a focus on quality service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years food and beverage experience with detailed bar knowledge.
- Previous public contact and/or cashiering experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous drink orders.
- Ensure all details of service are performed properly for every guest.
- Greet regular guests by name and note preferences.
- Maintain a neat and tidy bar area at all times.
- Manage security and assist with cleanup.
