A luxury hospitality company in Dubai is seeking a Spa & Wellness Attendant to maintain cleanliness and provide excellent guest service. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a luxury spa or hospitality setting, with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in luxury spa or hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with regular movement
Responsabilités
- Ensure all spa wellness and fitness areas are maintained in pristine condition throughout the day.
- Assist in the set-up and reset of treatment rooms including preparation before and after each guest.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of changing rooms wet areas and relaxation lounges.
- Monitor and replenish spa amenities guest supplies and towels across all areas.
- Maintain fitness center hygiene cleanliness and supply of amenities.
- Manage daily linen inventory and coordinate timely replenishment with laundry services.
- Support spa reception with guest requests product restocking and administrative assistance.
- Collaborate with spa therapists to ensure timely room turnover and proper treatment room presentation.
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues promptly to engineering or spa leadership.
- Follow daily checklists operational procedures and opening/closing duties as outlined in spa SOPs.
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism offering assistance and guidance throughout their spa journey.
- Escort guests to appointments and provide support with spa facilities as needed.
- Maintain a calm service-focused atmosphere ensuring guest comfort safety and satisfaction at all times.
- Attend all assigned training sessions and departmental meetings to stay informed and aligned with brand standards.
- Comply with all health safety and hygiene regulations ensuring spa facilities meet hotel standards.

SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Spa & Wellness Attendant plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness presentation and operational readiness of all areas within Raffles Spa & Wellness including treatment rooms wet areas fitness facilities and relaxation lounges. This role supports the wider spa team by assisting therapists spa reception and management in daily operations ensuring all standards and guest expectations are consistently exceeded.
OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all spa wellness and fitness areas are maintained in pristine condition throughout the day.
- Assist in the set-up and reset of treatment rooms including preparation before and after each guest.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of changing rooms wet areas (steam sauna jacuzzi showers) and relaxation lounges.
- Monitor and replenish spa amenities guest supplies and towels across all areas regularly.
- Maintain fitness center hygiene cleanliness and supply of amenities (towels fruits water disinfectant).
- Manage daily linen inventory and coordinate timely replenishment with laundry services.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
- Support spa reception with guest requests product restocking and administrative assistance.
- Collaborate with spa therapists to ensure timely room turnover and proper treatment room presentation.
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues promptly to engineering or spa leadership.
- Follow daily checklists operational procedures and opening/closing duties as outlined in spa SOPs.
GUEST EXPERIENCE
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism offering assistance and guidance throughout their spa journey.
- Escort guests to appointments and provide support with spa facilities as needed.
- Maintain a calm service-focused atmosphere ensuring guest comfort safety and satisfaction at all times.
OTHER DUTIES

- Maintain professional grooming and conduct in accordance with hotel policies.
