Full Stack Software Engineer jobs in United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Team Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Angular, Node.js, and Next.js, and proven experience in leading development teams. This role involves full ownership of project execution — from architecture to deployment — with a keen focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Lead a team of full stack engineers across frontend and backend modules.

• Architect and develop frontend (Angular/Next.js) and backend (Node.js) applications.

• Define best practices for code quality, performance, and security.

• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

• Review code, guide junior developers, and manage technical escalations.

• Handle integration with third-party services and APIs.

• Manage deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.

Frontend:

• Angular (v12+), Next.js

• TypeScript, JavaScript

• SSR/SSG methodologies

Backend:

• Node.js (Express.js or NestJS)

• RESTful APIs, JWT-based authentication

Databases:

• PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

DevOps & Tools:

• Git, Docker

• Jenkins or GitHub Actions

• Azure or AWS (basic cloud deployment and monitoring)

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage project timelines and priorities

• Experience mentoring and growing engineering teams
