Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch coordination, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of traffic patterns in Dubai.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi and Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle pickup and delivery from workshop to customer.
• Optimize routes based on traffic and time efficiency.
• Manage customer appointments and scheduling.
• Serve as the face of the company for walk-in customers.
• Liaise with drivers, service advisors, and customers.
• Ensure timely dispatch aligned with service SLAs.
