The ideal candidate should have experience in providing business coaching and mentoring services to clients. The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills; be knowledgeable on current trends in the business coaching industry; and have a strong understanding of business processes. The ability to collaborate effectively with clients is essential.

- Analyze clients\' current business practices and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop customized plans that meet clients’ goals.
- Provide guidance on financial planning and budgeting, marketing strategies, operational procedures, and personnel management.
- Experience in business coaching and mentoring services to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; knowledge of current trends in the business coaching industry; strong understanding of business processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients.
- Indian national or experience working with Indians; ability to speak a second language such as Hindi or Urdu is desirable but not required.
