Overview

Our client is an international, Italian company that plans and builds high-tech industrial plants, with specialisation in the Oil & Gas sector. The company realises important infrastructural projects in transportation and complex constructions, offering Engineering & Contracting services to private customers, public administrations and oil companies. This is a multi-faceted role reporting directly to the GM of the Middle East office with a dotted line to the Finance Director based in Italy.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strong administrative support and multi-tasking ability in a dynamic environment.
  • Work with the Operations Manager on contracts and provide financial support to the Finance Director, requiring strong IT skills, a numeric mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Prioritise a changing workload and handle general office administration, including some personal assistant (PA) duties and general office support.
  • Contribute to a friendly, team-spirited environment and adapt to a mature, flexible approach under pressure with strong time management skills.
  • Fluency in MS Office is required.
