This is a senior, Board-facing role with responsibility for the Group’s financial leadership, governance framework and long-term value creation agenda. The Chief Financial Officer will act as a close strategic partner to the Chairman, Chief Executive and senior leadership team, providing insight and challenge across investment activity, capital structure and portfolio performance. The position blends strategic oversight with hands‑on financial leadership across multiple jurisdictions.

As CFO, you will sit at the centre of the Group’s decision-making, shaping financial strategy while ensuring strong operational and reporting discipline. • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director or senior finance leader within a multinational, investment‑led or complex group environment
• Strong background in private equity, investments, corporate finance, capital raising and M&A
• Deep technical expertise in financial reporting, planning and IFRS
• Experience managing cross‑border structures and international accounting standards
