Job summary
A financial services company in Sharjah is seeking an Accounts Receivables Accountant to manage invoicing and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of AR experience, along with proficiency in ERP systems like Oracle or SAP. This role offers a salary in the range of 7000-8000 AED.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in retail or manufacturing.
- Ability to generate accurate invoices and follow up on payments.
- Strong skills in using ERP systems.

- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Monitor accounts for non-payments and discrepancies.
- Prepare aging reports and assist with month-end AR reporting.

- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
- Monitor accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and discrepancies
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve billing issues
- Reconcile customer accounts and post payments in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Prepare aging reports and assist with month-end AR reporting
- Perform daily sales and collection reconciliations
- Escalate exceptions as per defined escalation matrix
- Support audit readiness and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of AR experience, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or large group environments
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong communication and coordination skills across departments
