Job summary
An innovative interior design firm in Dubai is seeking a proactive Junior HR Executive. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with UAE labor laws. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and some internship experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications

- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings.

Our client is a fast-growing interior design firm in Dubai known for its creativity and collaborative culture. As they expand their operations they're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day HR and administrative functions.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to start or build a career in Human Resources. You'll gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR compliance within a supportive environment.
- Assist with recruitment: job postings, resume screening and interview scheduling
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support in onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Prepare HR documents including contracts, letters and reports
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assist in ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies
- A bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (internship experience will be considered)
- Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A high level of organisation, attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Exposure to HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding and documentation
- Familiarity with HR best practices and employee coordination
- Internship or training program experience in an HR/admin setting will be considered
