Position Summary

We are inviting UAE Nationals to join our Marketing team as a Digital Experience Associate. In this entry‑level role you will gain practical experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution and market analysis while collaborating with a supportive, cross‑functional team. You will be encouraged to learn, contribute and grow in a fast‑paced, innovative environment in support of GSK’s mission of getting ahead of disease together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns targeted to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyse data to identify trends, insights and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
  • Assist in development and management of marketing materials and content for appropriate channels, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to measure outcomes and recommend improvements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and propose ideas to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
  • UAE National with family book.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in marketing and brand management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Team player with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
