Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all electrical engineering activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Designing electrical systems for buildings and installations.
- Developing project plans, cost estimates and timelines for electrical projects.
- Supervising electrical technicians during installation and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshooting electrical problems in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all safety regulations are observed during installation and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintaining records of all electrical installations and repairs.
- Preparing reports, proposals and presentations as needed.
- Staying up to date with the latest developments in the field of electrical engineering.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in the field of Electrical Engineering is necessary (minimum one year).
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills are essential for this role.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in projects .
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites when needed.
