This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile residential projects within a well-established, industry-leading contractor.

• Develop and manage project schedules for large-scale residential developments
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to timelines
• Prepare detailed planning reports and progress updates for management and stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Ensure all planning activities align with project objectives and client requirements
• Monitor project progress and adjust timelines and resources as necessary

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or Senior Planning Engineer, preferably within the residential sector
• Strong knowledge of project planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and practices in Dubai is a plus
