Job summary
A luxury real estate company in Dubai is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to design, analyze, and oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all designs meet safety and regulatory standards, collaborating with architects and contractors. A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and 3 years of experience are required, along with proficiency in structural design software. This role promises growth in a dynamic environment focused on ultra-luxury construction.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in structural design and analysis.
- Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000).
- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction materials.
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structural components for buildings and other infrastructure projects.
- Prepare technical drawings, reports, and calculations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure structural integrity.
