Qualifications

Skills
We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Engineer with a background in high-rise construction. Your expertise in materials testing, site inspections, and compliance will be crucial for the success of our landmark projects. Preferred with 3 to 5 years experience and for immediate requirements.
- Perform QA/QC activities on high-rise construction projects, including materials testing and inspection of workmanship in accordance with project specifications and standards.
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures; monitor and document compliance with approved plans.
- Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and inspectors to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Review inspection test plans, test data, non-conformance reports, and corrective action requests.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements; maintain records and prepare reports.
- 3 to 5 years of QA/QC experience in high-rise construction or related field.
- Strong knowledge of materials testing (concrete, reinforcement, coatings, etc.) and field inspections.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards and documentation (ITPs, NCRs).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
