- At least two years’ experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in a hotel or facilities environment.
- Good working knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and safety procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining, inspecting, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and cold rooms.
- Carrying out preventive maintenance and responding promptly to breakdowns and service requests.
- Ensuring all HVAC equipment meets safety, health, and environmental standards.
