About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering safe and effective laser treatments to our clients, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to the highest safety standards. As a DHA-licensed professional, you will be responsible for operating advanced laser systems, conducting consultations, and providing post-treatment care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laser treatments for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic concerns (experience with Candela, Soprano, and Duetto machines is preferred).
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired outcomes, assess suitability for treatment, and recommend appropriate laser procedures.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs and skin conditions.
• Calibrate and operate laser equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide clear pre- and post-treatment instructions to clients and answer any questions they may have.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and document client progress.
• Ensure the treatment area remains clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest laser technologies, treatment protocols, and safety regulations.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a relevant healthcare field (mandatory).
• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license or Eligibility Letter for a nursing profession (mandatory). Existing license convertible to DHA is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Laser Technician in a reputable medical or aesthetic clinic (highly desirable).
• Proven experience with Candela, Soprano, and/or Duetto laser systems (preferred).
• Strong understanding of laser technology, treatment principles, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• A genuine passion for aesthetics and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and sterile environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while maintaining composure under pressure.
