A leading construction firm is seeking a highly skilled Civil Foreman to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The role involves overseeing and managing civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a minimum of 5-7 years experience in civil projects, and strong leadership capabilities. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Civil Foreman you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing civil infrastructure projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities onsite
- Interpret and implement project plans blueprints and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations local building codes and company policies
- Manage and motivate construction crews to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate with project managers engineers and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project timelines
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
- Monitor and report on project progress including budget and schedule updates
- Identify and requisition necessary materials equipment and resources for projects
- Implement and maintain proper safety protocols on the construction site
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 57 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects with a proven track record of successful project completion
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Indepth knowledge of construction methods materials and industry best practices
- Thorough understanding of local building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
