HVAC Technician at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa

Hotel: Ras Al Khaimah Resort and Spa (RKTHA), Al Rafaa, Mina Al Arab

Our guests’ comfort and safety always come first. That’s why we’re looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician who knows how to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll make sure our heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems are operating efficiently so every guest enjoys a comfortable stay, every time.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Maintaining, inspecting, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and cold rooms
• Carrying out preventive maintenance and responding promptly to breakdowns and service requests
• Ensuring all HVAC equipment meets safety, health, and environmental standards
• Supporting energy efficiency initiatives and reducing unnecessary energy consumption
• Completing work orders accurately and on time
• Being flexible to support urgent operational or guest-related requirements

What We need from you:

• Vocational certificate or diploma in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• At least two years’ experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in a hotel or facilities environment
• Good working knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and safety procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently or as part of a team
• Resort experience preferred
