Job summary
A leading airport management company is looking for a Senior Engineer - Assets Reliability & Systems in the United Arab Emirates. You will conduct reliability assessments, develop improvement plans, and collaborate with teams to enhance asset performance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 5 - 7 years of relevant experience. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on innovation and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of relevant overall experience.
- Proven experience in reliability, maintenance, or asset management.
- Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct reliability assessments and failure analysis for mechanical systems.
- Develop and implement reliability improvement plans.
- Lead root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize maintenance strategies.
- Monitor equipment health and performance trends.

- You’ll conduct reliability assessments and failure analysis for mechanical systems, including piping networks and rotating equipment.
- You’ll develop and implement reliability improvement plans to enhance asset performance and reduce downtime.
- You’ll lead root cause investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- You’ll collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle management.
- You’ll monitor equipment health and performance trends through data analysis and reliability tools.
- You should be educated to a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / related, acquired 5 - 7 years of relevant & overall experience
- You’ll have proven experience in reliability, maintenance, or asset management of piping systems and rotating equipment.
- You’ll have strong understanding of reliability engineering principles, root cause analysis, and condition monitoring techniques.
- You’ll have proficiency in reliability tools and software systems.
